Ok... listen close..




Buy a used AR-15 lower reciever from an individual... grind thru the serial# all the way into the mag well (keeps police from getting it with acid tests)... buy a complete M-16 parts set from a supplier in Shotgun News... drill the additional hole above the safety selector (1/8" hole exactly 1/2" C to C )... install auto-sear, hammer, selector and disconnector and close the upper and lower recievers... install the M-16 bolt carrier and insert a loaded 40 round mag (a few more grinding/filing chores need to be done, but you can find complete info on the internet)




empty the gun at his house and repeat as necessary... (should empty the clip in around 5-6 sec)



disassemble weapon and scatter parts in various dumpsters around town (buy and use a brass-catcher also... the spent .223 casings will be a tip-off)
