In general, I think I'm in favor of the new avatars on the FCP poker room. It makes the table a little lighter and easier for me to see.
I would like to know though if there is a way to set which avatar represents you, or if it's solely based on what seat you're in. So far it looks like it's based on the seat, but I just want to make sure.
Thanks.

On all PokerRoom skins it's based on where you sit down.

I think it would be pretty cool to pick your own avatar, but as far as I know that feature isn't built into poker room's software. Hopefully in the future, although it won't look weird seeing 6 or 7 Daniel's at one table.

Good point. Guess we're stuck with getting the one for where we sit. It'd be neat if you could pick your own though.

i'm not digging them, at least not so far.. i like the "call, check" dialogue boxes but when you win a pot i don't care for the sound effect. makes me thing i'm playing wheel of fortune. the upswing of all of this is FCP is really trying IMO to put together a great product. I'm looking forward to future changes.

There should at least be something so your avatars are male or female depending on if you're male or female.
