I think FCP has gone WAY overboard this time.
I just recieved an e-mail stating that they now require photo ID, a copy of my drivers licence, birth certificate, and a recent photo copy of a utility bill. As well as photo copy , front and back, of my credit cards.
Talk about setting yourself up for identity theft!!

That is just way too much information to be handing out just to play poker at their site.

and I was just begining to like FCP....

Seriously folks, no other poker site I know of even remotely requires this kind of ID for a withdrawal, and to require it once your CUMULATIVE withdrawals total a measly $200 is OUTRAGEOUS.

Plus, I dont have utility bills in my name, I gues that means that I can never withdraw more than $200.

I suspect this will have to change, maybe it was some hackers bad joke in the first place.

No way do I see alot of people playing here once they realize that it is impossible to withdraw money without an exhausting effort, too many other sites will be happy to let you witdraw all you want without the equivalent of an FBI security clearance.

Later clarification: It appears that this absurd policy does not apply to Netteller accounts, since thats what I use I guess I am safe. But not everyone uses Netteller. If I didn't I wouldn't play here.
