Man what does a guy have to do to get his money? I like the fullcontact skin and forum, but am a little bit frustrated by the cashout process. Lets see if I can describe my situation effectivly for you all. I have been a loyal pokerroom.com player for the last several years, but when I heard about DN's site I came over to check it out(not soon enough for charter member but thats another beef). Heck it's even owned by the same people, same tourneys and all. I win pretty much my first tourney on here, the 50k guareented on Sat night New Years Eve. 12500 yipee. Now knowing how I am with money in an online account, I instantly chose to withdraw 12000. I sent 2000 back to firepay (how i deposited), and 9,999 I choose to recieve in the form of a check. Now the firepay transaction went thru in about 5 days. Not bad (although pokerroom was faster) but I have yet to get the 9,999 check. Nor have I had an email asking for verification so that they can process my transaction. I have sent several emails, and have had a conversation with live support about this and have gotten mixed answers. The customer service rep that I talked to at live support on the 5th said that the 7-14 days stated on the withdrawls page mean I should have my check in 7-14 days. I specificly asked if that was processing time, or if that was time untill check in hand. What else??? Lets see in one of my emails with support I was told that FCP has a 2000 a week cashout limit. What??? I polietly asked the support to please direct me to this anywhere in the terms and conditions or on the website. They didn't, the CSR did say that he was mistaken and in regards to your pending withdrawal, as soon as we process it, you should receive your cheque in about 7 to 14 days. This was on the 10th of January. So I now am told I will have to wait 7-14 days after they process it? What have they been doing for the last 9 days??? The sites own terms and condtions state "#15
Any amount withdrawn by the Player shall be forwarded to the Player within 7 days of the withdraw pending the results of satisfactory anti-fraud processes. Funds can be withdrawn via check, wire transfer or other methods that may be offered. We reserve the right to request additional forms of identification before sending a withdrawal. All deposits must be rolled over one time before any withdrawal requests are made. If a withdrawal is made before the Terms & Conditions are met, all withdrawals as well as any money earned by wagering will be forfeited.
So wheres the loot??
I know that today will make exatcly 14 days, but its just frustrating that no one can tell me the status of my withdrawl other than pending. I mean they had no problem taking my $33 entry fee to that tourny and the $30 rebuy instantly, but I cant get my money out in 2 weeks? It seems I am not the only person having withdrawl issues here. I hope that FCP can grow and learn from our frustration.
