How come I get an error msg when trying to load the downloadable version. ALso how do you bet the amt that you want to bet when playing NL? This software is goofy. I want to try this out and ofcourse want my bonus, but I am not impressed so far....

If you're running a firewall, try disabling it.

Hi BiggestE, when you're playing no limit there's a box to enter the amount of your bet if you don't want to use the slider.

Not sure why you're not able to get the downloadable version to load on your computer. As another poster mentioned you may need to make adjustments to some of the firewall/anti-virus type software on your computer.

Have you contacted FCP support by phone or live chat and seen if they can assist you ?
