So I deposited $100 into FCP to give the site a try and win a $20 NL for $1330. After a few days I decide to cash out $1300 via firepay. Nothing happens for a week and I check with the FCP support who says to wait 9-10 business days. Still nothing. Finally I get an email from virtual exchange saying that I have cashed out a "lifetime amount" and that I need to give some information over the phone or fax them information. I call them up and they ask for a few numbers and so on. Then they ask me to take a multiple choice test over the phone. This seems very odd, but I do it and I guess I pass because they tell me the money will go through in a few days.

Anyone else have to do this? I probably will not put any more money onto FCP because of this, but I just want to make sure that this is standard procedure. The money went through to my account just a few hours ago, but what an ordeal.

I've cashed out using Neteller and had the money in my account within 24 hours. Try using that method next time.

I remember having to do that with Firepay also when I first used it. So I wouldn't be too concerned. I use Neteller now and find it to be much faster and more reliable. (for what it's worth)
