I have not been able to log onto Bodog since the launch of their new software. And reading what other people have said about it, I'm not even sure I'd want to.

Where should I put my money? I play mostly 5/10 and 10/20 these days and I think rakeback would be a good choice for me. I know only new accounts are eligible for rakeback, but I already have accounts at UB, Fulltilt, Party, Paradise, Stars, Carribbean Sun, Noble, Pokerworld, Games Grid (yeah i did some bonus whoooring).

Advice on where to put my cash (softer limit games?) and advice about rakeback at a site I haven't opened an account at yet would be greatly appreciated.

There are several folks who can get you rakeback on your existing accounts. I know that suited up and hoosieralum are two that can, so look them up.
