Oh man...that movie was BRILLIANT.
I seriously think I fell in love with Reese Witherspoon after that flick. I liked her as a brunette.

Never was a Steve Miller fan....always thought he wrote the worst lyrics. I do, however, like some Steve Miller band pre-`74.

why dont you guys like hail to the theif as much as me?
Believe me, it's not like I don't like the album. I would rate it over probably 80-90% of the rest of my music collection (well, maybe that number is a little high, but it is still up there....). I just don't consider it groundbreaking, like I do for The Bends, OK Computer, and Kid A. Amnesiac gets a high vote because no matter what kind of music you put "Morning Bell" to, it still rules.

Don't get me wrong. I like it. It's just that OK Computer, Kid A, The Bends, and Amnesiac are all better, in my opinion. I wasn't disappointed in the least by it. I think they did a great job with it, and validated my absolute trust in their abilities. Not every album can be a "Top 10 all time" disc.
I think Amnesiac gets kinda unfairly hated on. I feel like so many big Radiohead fans are/were disappointed by it or something. I put it behind the bends, but considerably ahead of HTTT.

1) Holy Crap, Daddy Yankee is easily the funniest band of all time. I randomly start blasting "King Daddy" or whatever that song is 10 times a day when people are around.
2) Start with "Bee Thousand." It's just an awesome pop-rock album. It takes a while to get used to the super lo-fi style and short songs, but once you digest the album, you'll just realize that he covers so much ground and writes so many NEAT pop songs.
3) When you're done with "Bee Thousand" talk to me
