the wider the BB's hand range is, call becomes increasingly more palatable

important questions -- how does BB appear? new player? young and inexperienced? try talking to him

how do you think you appear to BB? does BB know SB is a maniac?
do you think he sees your initial raise of 7 as a move with a strong holding? does he see SB's reraise as strong?
STYLINHAWYN
pot is $132 after action, cost you $90 more to play your QQ

to me, the pot odds just don't compesate enough to justify a call here

btw, what else do you think a new player to table who has no reads on anybody else will put all his money in on? 99? TT?

tough decision, what happened, you folded and so did the SB?
Scott3705
fold if this is a new player. You need more information to call with QQ preflop.
TJ_Eckleburg
Position sucks... because it would really suck to call and have SB insta-call with AA.

For that reason I'd lean towards letting these two jokers mess with it for your 7 bucks. I'm in no particular hurry to try to break people with preflop all-in calls.

Even if you have the best hand, you are probably going to lose a fair amount of time.

I'd say that you are dealing with at least two overs, probably underpairs (not a problem), and the looming possibility of KK or AA. without a strong read, i might lay it down.... but i'd IM all of my friends to piss and moan about it.

After folding, hope the biggest donkey wins.

I'd have to agree. The maniac isn't your main concern, although there is always the possibility of him having a real hand such as A-K etc, and you simply don't have enough information (barring a sudden tell or something of that sort) to call.

Also, as another player mentioned, the pot isn't offering great odds, and more importantly, it sounds like there will be plenty more oppurtunities to outplay these guys, without sticking all your money in preflop on little to no information.

Fold.

I was going to say more, but after reading all the replies, I have nothing to add.

I folded.

SB called with AQ and BB had KK .

Flop came down rags with a Queen , would have given me a trip queens and the winning hand.

Better to fold the winner than kick yourself after you call and know your drawing to 1 out..

well played.
