Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with [Qs], [9c].
UTG calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) [6s], [3d], [Tc] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks, Button checks.

Turn: (2 BB) [Qc] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, Button folds, SB folds.

River: (4 BB) [Ac] (2 players)
Hero bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7 BB

Thoughts?

I am, too, but 6 handed this is sometimes a bluff raise. I'm okay with a call too.

Worst possible river card.

Completes the KJ straight, Ax and the runner flush draw.

Bet/folding is probly the way to go but I dont think check/calling is to far behind.

Yeah, I throw down a little check/call here - simply because its the same number of bets as bet/fold, but you gotta chance to win off a bluff by the villain. Youre not really gonna get called by many hands oyu beat in this situation.

Yeah, I've caught even passive players bluff raising at 6-max before.

The truth is, it still doesn't happen much (I don't do a lot of folding :-) ). What happens far more often is that you get called from a very weak hand. All in all, bet/folding here is far more profitable than check/calling unless we are up against a very aggressive/weird opponent.
