I like it if the blinds are tight. Last thing I want is for the sb and bb to call and the poster to pull one of those "what the hell" calls.

Also I think you can remove the semi.

I say semi because there was a poster.

SB VPiP was 30% 100 hands
Bb VPiP was 20% 40 hands

Don't mind it then. I think the majority of the time you'll get called by at least 1 player but thanks to the pot being bloated by the poster and you having position I think you can still make this play profitably. I also find that posters will often call the raise but play the hand very weak/passively as they have no reads on the table.
