since SB 3-bet preflop but never raised you postflop, i'd say he has a mid to high pocket pair or a medium ace. but i think even the medium ace raises you a lot of the time on the turn, so go ahead and bet the river.

sonce he would most probably raise with all the hands that beat you it would be a clear value-bet.

the question is, if you raise a lot and therefore he could be three-betting with weaker aces (but also maybe 88 or 77), how many of the aces would he only be calling with, and how many of the pairs would he be calling with?
