Full Version: just got off the phone with support..
They were helpful, courteous, quick and very pleasant. Within minutes the issues regarding my account were taken care of and the lady on the phone was very friendly. In fact, I might call back later to see if she has dinner plans.

Nice to see some support for support.
yeah FCP support is very good! I have talked to them twice now and they have fixed my problem in seconds and have been very nice!
