Pepperjack has come out of nowhere, and has begun to rule the cheese market. How? And why is it so awesome?

Pepperjack is very good, but gruyere is about to take the world by storm.
After you make a grilled cheese with gruyere you'll never touch a piece of American again.

Hey, pepperjack rules.
Also, what about the popularity of Chipotle Peppers? I always say I liked chipotle peppers before they were cool.

I don't joke about cheese. There's a Whole Foods across the street from my apt., and I spend an absurd percentage of my salary on their smorgasbord of cheese. The selection process can be overwhelming at times.
I think I might get fat later in life. I seriously can eat half a pound without stopping to breathe.

I am a cheese conneisuerasidufadoor. I've always said to my friends that Pepperjack is a very strong cheese, underrated in most homes.
I still like kicking it traditionally, though, in most cases. As a sandwich man, Muenster cheese is easily the most useful cheese in my world.
