The past week or so I'm having crazy problems with FCP. I freeze up constantly, my connection is constantly very poor.

I have high speed DSL... and when FCP first started I constantly had 2-3 tables open at once.

Now when I log onto FCP, I close all other programs, and I still cant go more than 10 minutes without lagging out.

Anyone else having this problem?

FCP Info guy? Should I reinstall? I have only been able to play a few times int he past two weeks because of it.

Hi X's , the best thing you can do is phone the FCP support team and explain what's been happening and see if after asking you some questions they can figure out why this is happening.

I have been having the same problem. I have played in about 7 MTT tournaments including the Charter freerolls and everytime my screen has frozen numerous times during the tourny. Half the time it was while I was in a hand. I would have to close the table then reopen it. I have never had this problem on any other site and I usually play 4 tables at a time. Any idea whats causing this? Because of this problem I am not playing at all on FCP anymore except in the freerolls at the moment. Hopefully they can resolve this issue so I can start playing there more often.

Hi emmser, the best thing you can do is contact the FCP support team directly and provide them with as much information as possible about your computer set up to see it they can help diagnose the problem. With software it's sometimes very difficult to determine what is causing the problem, what sort of conflicts there might be with other software on your computer etc.

One thing you may want to try is using the Java version of the software if the download is where you're having the problem and vice versa.

Maybe they got there dates mixed up.

Count me in as another who has been having the same problems; although only with MTT (most recent was a 5+.50 on 1/17 @ 7:50p). It freezes up every two-three hands; I have to close it, and then it freezes again in the middle of the next hand.

*PS I have talked to an FCP person about this. I just hope I don't have any problems tonight during the second round of the Protege freeroll
