I followed the directions - using auto-import and then selecting my log folder. The import goes through and says XXXX files read, but zero new files.

I'm a first time player on Carribean Sun which is crypto ... anyone know how to help me?

Did you tell PT where to read the files from? Go the pt.com and leave a message in their forum. It will get you a lot farther than leaving one here.
