Villain is a good player from what I've seen. Stats show 22/18/3.13.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is SB with K:club:, 8:heart:.
3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) K:diamond:, 2:diamond:, J:heart: (2 players)
Hero bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 8:club: (2 players)
Hero bets

Rest of the hand is unimportant. So is this hand really, unless you think I should do something differently.

My question is should I lead this turn if I don't hit 2 pair as long as a blank falls?

I think I'm playing this slightly different, likely calling his raise on the flop, then c/r unless a complete scare card comes like a 9 icon_suit_diamond.gif or something. We likely have the best hand with TP, and I think this is a good way to extract more value.

Play it the same.

good luck.

Flush draws check it behind.

It's called a 'free card play'.

good luck

I play it the same way, I'd go into check/call mode after the cap if I don't improve on the turn. No reason to go nuts here with top pair no kicker. Your hand has too much showdown value to fold, but isn't good enough to be aggressively betting.

HU in a blind battle, we check turn UI?
TP no kicker is pretty good and BB's action could mean a wide range given his aggressive nature and 6 Max table.
imo

UI on the turn, i think we bet/call and check/call river. we could well be behind here, especially with his stats, but 5-handed in a blind battle he might be playing a worse kicker or something less. he rarely calls, so the fact that he capped instead of calling our 3-bet does not give all that much information
