I've always played at poker stars and basically been break even at best - feeling i was just good enough that maybe i'd get better and start making money - but wow the competition at poker room is horrendous - why did i ever play at stars - when people will call you down all the way in no limit - when you raised before the flop and the flop comes ace high and they have at best A3 more likely second pair - wow!

it's unreal - i just played two 20 dollar heads up matches

in the first i raise before the flop with A9 suited and after the flop the guy bets 500 and on the turn goes all in with third pair

then i play another and this guy goes all in the first four hands and lost on the fifth

why haven't i been on this site?

You guy should get out more, there are lots of soft sites out there.

Do you ever play live?
keith crime
yeah i've played live and done ok but like i said I've always played at stars and i just can't believe how much softer it is here

I was the same way, Stars was my on-line home for a long time. Now it just ain't the same after playing the softer games.

Yes stars .01/.02 2$ buy-in is tougher than the 2/4 400 buy-in i play now at a different site.

well i just signed up for pokerroom - i've been a winning player at 0.5/1-2/4 LHE everywhere else and i've gotten killed so far. i'm definitely playing winning poker and just caught a bad streak so far. the games are looser and worse than i expected.

If you want to see some real Donks try the draw poker at FCP.
Not as much action as B2B but still ok.
