The chip set is nice, I have one. It is a 300 piece set in an aluminum case, which DN autographs with a marker on the front. Comes with cheap cards, a tourney timer, button etc.. It comes a box with DN's pic and description of contents like you'd see at Toy's R Us. Chips are nice, and you actually got my second set use bastardddddddddd

Honestly I have no idea. I would assume he would use some sort of silver metallic sharpie or paint pen and do it around the chest shoulder area, but that would be a total guess. Thats where he signed my Tshirt anyways ...

Are the prizes awarded per quarter? In other words, when the 2nd quarter starts can new players (myself for example) join in the tournament? Or are the points for the winners calculated over a 4 quarter period?

great job on running the Neg-O so far...i have a question...

what happens if somebody finishes in the top 9 more than once?(seac, pouge, thunderD)

does the field of the TOC get reduced from 36 or do u replace them with the 10th place finishers?

i personally would prefer the field being reduced, this gives extra incentive for the periods 1,2,3 qualifiers to keep playing.

In my original post on this thread it states ...

"At the end of 2006 we will have 4 sets of top 9 points winners and those 36 individuals will be invited to play in the 2006 Tournament of Champions (TOC). If there are any duplicates in the top 9 from one quarter to the next we will take the next highest points leader until a full field of 36 is established. Daniel will also be playing in this tournament. "

I'm just bored with it. I started out with $50 in January 2005 work it to about 3 or 4K during 2005 then funded my Atlantic City Trip, Vegas Trip, Couple Concerts, my new laptop then started back over with $1200 in 2006 and was gonna try to keep a log going to $10K again this year, but to be honest I just got tired of updating it. I may throw the occasional updates on there once in awhile, but not daily like I used to.

1st 8 negos, i averaged 24 points.(when i was playing nervous and trying to impress all the cool kids.)

last 5 negos, 10th, 4th, 23rd, 20th and 22th...avg=70 pts.

im taking over, its only a matter of time...ive got my eye on the 1 spot...

shouldvve done better than 22th today, played perfect all tourny accept for 2 hands...both with DN(battle of the blinds)... got spanked twice...pulled a HUGE bluff on me, i had a feeling my 55 was good but i wasnt comfrable with it, made a bet on the turn to show him im pot commited, read me perfect he came over the top and stuck an Ace high in my face aftetr i folded...if i couldve found a way to make the call, i wouldve had the chip lead and the bounty.
(if he didnt hit his 12 outer.)

lesson of the day, dont play postflop poker against DN...espeacially out of position.

Yeah, I had to re-learn a lesson today too: AK can raise pre-flop but not call an all-in 'cause it'll only bust out in 117th...
