Just read the schedule for caesars palace new poker room @ www.allvegaspoker.com (sorry not computer literate enough to hook up a link). Looks pretty decent with limit holdem and omaha high tourneys sprinkled in with daily no limit tourneys. Bad blind structure is made up for with 6000 in starting chips(including 4000 from 1 rebuy) and 40 minute rounds. Will definately have to check it out next time in Vegas(hopin for march)

For anyone that is coming here to visit or is already here.....Caesar's has struck gold with this poker room. IMO....it is without a doubt the best room in town.....and once more people discover it...it will be even better.

The room is HUGE....not to mention the additional tournament room that is connected to the ring game room.

The poker room is also far away from slot machines and other casino noises.....all you hear are the people in the room talking and chips clicking....very nice.

It also looks like they are going to offer a wider variety of games than I see offered elsewhere in town. More Omaha and Stud tables than I've seen anywhere else.

The floor staff really had their stuff together. I was playing at a 2/5 NLH table (which is one of the few rooms in town that have no max buy in for 2/5....Binion's and Wynn are the only other ones to my knowledge...possibly the Nugget too).........

Anyway....the table died down around dinner time....and we were down to 4 handed at one point. We did the usual and ask the floor for a reduced rake. The floor didn't just give us a reduced rake....he gave us no rake!!! Personally I haven't seen this anywhere else when the tables get light....they'll usually make a $1 max or something...but at least there would be something.

For those that aren't so happy about the no max buy in.....they still offer 1/2 NLH with the $200 max buy in.......so everyone gets what they want.

This room at Caesar's really seems to be a high class situation....and it will definitely be my new room of choice from here on out (at least until the Venetian opens up next year)

Binion's will take no rake with 4 or less people just to let you know. Cant wait to check out the new room next month when i get down to vegas again.

Ive heard the new Caesar's room is sweet as well. Do you know if you they spread any lower-mid limit mixed games? (8-16-30-60)
