Harrington on Hold em is a must read. It is one of the best poker books ever written.
It covers tourneys and also online tourneys, even cheap ones.

Right on with this one. If you know the basics then this book can carry you a long ways.

Do not read anything on "internet poker". Poker is poker. Read whatever helps you most in the game of your choice, and it will transition to your internet game. Internet poker is only different in that you can be reading your email while multitabling, other such examples of lapses of concentration. Faster hands punish tilters, while evening out swings per unit time. Focus, don't tilt, don't distract yourself, and play your game well. Just get something that addresses whichever point is most relevant to you in internet play.
Harrington on Hold-Em is the only book I know of covering explicitly NLHE tournaments and is also an absolutely terrific book. Get that as your "tournament book"
