Nice to see everyone seems to have done well this year.
I wish I had kept better records, but I never really tracked what I did. I think I had a really good year though at poker. The rest of my gambling sucked though, which should teach me a lesson. My new years resolution will be to keep better bank roll records. I think I had to end up a pretty solid positive for poker, though.
Hopefully, we'll all have prosperous poker in 2006!
I did like a full year summary post month by month on my blog last night. I kept pretty good records and think I learned a lot from my mistakes hope to have an awesome 2006

Thanks Norm! Hi SAM! I've missed you.
Ok, must go and shower now and head to friends. If I don't get on here later,
Happy New Year! to all my friends in the FCPHA. Here's to another fantastic year of slacking.
Happy New Year Madame Nikki and Dave!
I am taking some slacking time now, but will be very busy in a while. Going to a party tonite, but have people sleeping over at my house, so must clean and get groceries etc. But for the moment, I'm having some couch time.
Happy New Year sweetie.....hmmmmm....people sleeping at your house, huh?
Gonna get New Years Stabbed?
I wish! It's my step-brother and his wife and kids. Howver, my sister in law has always shown signs of being bi-curious...soo......
Actually she just phoned me....now she's talking about us going to the bar with some other people. She's confusing the plans! She's driving me crazy. Plus I have other friends that I ususally spend New Years with, but my ex-husband beat me to the punch and already invited them over...but my one girlfriend is making it all complicated saying they should go to his house for a while , and then come out with me, to my party...but now I might go to the bar. Getting confused? Me too!
I am seriously considering staying home now LOL. Except then I'll get stuck babysitting all the kids.
A thought....going to the bar would increase my chances of stabbing...no? I kid actually....I don't want to pick up some random guy in the bar....I am so over that kind of stuff.
Sorry, I'm babbling now. I'll shut up.
Come to milton, bunny...I'm not just some random guy.

Nice work Blue.
In only 11 months, from the 5.00 I started with, I played 12,800 hands, profit of $27.00. Works out to 5BB/100, most of this is my learning phase.
Next year, I plan to play a lot more and start playing some NL. And maybe get out of the microlimits.

Oh, and I forgot to tell you guys. I got a nice Xmas present from work...found out on Thursday.
In 2 weeks, my status will be changing from a "contractor" at TELUS, to a temporary employee. One of the other girls is going on maternity leave.
What that means is....instead of being a contracted non-TELUS employee....I will now be an actual employee. I will now be on salary, instead of hourly wage, and my salary will work out to about 2 bucks an hour more. I will also get benefits. The "temporary" status means that when the mat leave is over, they don't HAVE to give me a job....but it does mean that I now have the eligibility to apply on any internal jobs in the company. So...it's a very good thing for me...my foot is in the door alot further.

I don't mean this to sound condescending, but I'm sure it does, but I really admire how you guys can grind this out at the micro-limits. The patience and the focus you have amazes me. I wish I could do that, but I don't have the patience. I crave the action.

Hahaha. If I had the bankroll, I wouldn't be playing micros, I don't take it serious at these limits. It's a learning phase.

Saturday, December 31st, 2005, 4:15 PM
Nice double post.
One thing about micros, it can't really be used as a learning tool, too many people suck-out or just play any hand, so ABC poker doesn't work in all situations. Just like one hand I just played, KK from button, it gets capped, 3 in the pot. I raise and re-raise. Turn cards makes the board a low-straight draw, everyone calls. River makes the board a straight and it gets split.
At higher limits, no one would have called with 7-3 or 10-6 preflop, but these players do.

Back home again in Indiana
And it seems that I can see
A gleaming candlelight
Still shining bright
Through the sycamores, for me
The new-mown hay
Sends all its fragrance
From the fields I used to roam
When I dream about the moonlight
On the Wabash
Then I long for my Indiana home

hi
sup?
nada, going out in about 15 minutes to my buddies place and get my drink on. We used to party with a bunch of the girls that work at hooters(he was a cook there) so a few of them are coming over so it should be a good time. What are you doing tonight mulhs?
just finished a short session on full tilt where i won $3.25. There is a party going on downstairs, but that is mainly adult family friends and they are trying to play a game, but everyone keeps talking about whatever so i left them to come upstairs. So I am in my room watching tv. Totally sober.
Have a drink for me, and see if one of the hooters girls will let you slap their ass for me too.

Sam..it'll take you a day to get your land legs back. I've been on two cruises and absolutely love them.
