Hmmmmm.....according to my calculations, there is one Canadian boy that is not claimed. I think I should at least get one Canadian boy for my own. However, something tells me that maybe I read something somewhere along the line that this Canadian boy doesn't want to be on a list?? I'm not sure. So, at the risk of being a dork, if this Canadian boy is willing to be claimed, I would like to claim him please.
Who are you talking about? Don't be coy, just come right out and claim him. Scott belongs to Nik. Vann and Jeff are mine. Who else do we have that's Canadian?
Oh it just occurred to me. Crap! Yep, you beat me to that one. Monkey is unclaimed.
But didn't he say something about not wanting to be claimed? Or am I imagining things??? LOL.
Ok...I claim him!
(but Dale...if you don't want to be on my list...let me down gently ok?)
As far as I know, TJ and Norm have been the only ones to balk at being "owned" and
you converted Norm so you must be a really good owner.
Thank you Ms. Renae.
I intend to treat my boys well.
Off to drive the kids to a movie....be good while I'm gone children.

POKER ALERT! (just wanted to make sure that anybody who reads further knows this is a poker post!)
Played a short session on FCP (31 hands), .15/.30 limit.
I know 31 hands doesn't tell you a lot, but I have a specific question:
At the end of the session, I had seen the flop 15 times out of 31 hands, 10 when not in SB or BB. This is very high to me, so those of you who are much better than I, here's the cards I saw the flop with. Are there any hands I should have folded pre-flop that I didn't?
Thanks.
72os (BB - first hand)
AA
K5os (BB)
KQs hopefully with a raise
QQ
10 10
67s (BB)
89os (SB) fold
A10os marginal from early
Q10os (BB)
KK
QJos marginal from early. Fold to a raise from anywhere
KJos fold to a raise
J9s
910os
At the risk of incurring Renae's wrath, here's my take. Overall, looks fine. Just don't call raises with the marginal hands. Too easily dominated.
KQs was raised ahead of me, i just called
A10os was CO.
QJos and KJos were unraised pots
Result of short session: +50 BB
Best hand (+30BB) was 10 10. Flopped A 10 10. Betting was capped before it got to me each round!
I was really just trying to make this brag post under the false pretenses of being humble and asking for advice, but I'd pwn you, Jeff.

Apparently it's one of those cases where the mispronunciation has now become the norm cause both are acceptable.
boˇloˇgna ( P ) Pronunciation Key (b-ln, -n, -ny) also baˇloˇney or boˇloˇney (-n)
n.
A seasoned smoked sausage made of mixed meats, such as beef, pork, and veal.
Well, that was supposed to come out with the 1st entry having the long e sound and the second having the soft e sound but the copy and paste doesn't like the upside down e's.

bologna the prononciation doesn't copy right, but it pronunced like
beh-lone-ya, or baloney, like it soounds, as an alternate.

If I were you guys, I'd balk at being drafted and go the free agent route.
I want to claim both of them. Especially Glengarry since I just met him today but I already have more than the other angels so I'm laying low for a while. But make no mistake about it, if somebody doesn't claim them, I damn sure will.
See Post 4 posts up
Yeah well I also want Puppy. Doesn't keep me from wanting them.
And I don't think Ivan has been claimed yet either which is simply crazy. I'm giving you guys an opportunity to catch up here....
TY, that's sweet. But I'm a team player, so I just gonna sit at the end of the bench and cheer Alan on like a good teammate...
That's okay. You like Cindy better than me. I get it. I understand. It hurts for a while but I'll get over it. I mean, afterall, Brett does too. So I'm just gonna go cry over here for a while. If you feel like comforting me, I'm sure she'll be too busy with Alan to notice. JS
I'd come comfort you, but the phlegm just isn't making me look to sexy today...not that you could see the phlegm, since you'd only look down and see the top of my head between your legs.
I'm thinking that might make you feel better. I know it would me.
That sucks to be sick when you have to go see your family and all that other crap. Now that you're on antibiotics you should be better in a couple of days.

Congratulations to my Sugar on completing his internship program successfully. It shows your depth of character and commitment unlike some other interns who shall remain nameless or bdams, whichever you prefer.
But, does this mean I have to start paying you for coaching now?

Like I said over there you can strike all you want. My bench is deep enough to wait you out. You'll cave eventually. I'm irresistable.
Remember how Barbie got out savvied (as Puppy said)?

I have unilaterally declared myself a free agent. I'm protesting management's player personnel decisions.
(in other words, i refuse to sit on a bench with non-army, specifically BigDMcgee)
So, are there any bunnies out there in need of a Canadian added to their lineup?

Anyone gonna be around for home game tonight?
Jeff said he was 50/50.
Scott is on the boat so he's out.
Barbie's in ChiTown so he's probably out.
Doug hasn't been around for a few days so I would guess out there.
Glengary is driving to Vegas so he's out.
Puppy?
Alan?
Cindy?
Bluff?
Burgundy?
Vann?
Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?

See, Allie, this is why we don't give them choices. They start thinking they have rights and sh
it.
First of all, no non-army players have yet been claimed by me, therefore, you cannot use that as your basis for a protest.
Sit down and shut up, Terrell.
