Title: Joe Cassidy Eliminated in 7th Place ($144,895)
Log: Joe Cassidy raises all in to $595,000 from the cutoff position, and Phil Laak calls from the small blind with pocket sevens (7c-7d). Cassidy shows Jc-9s, and he is likely pleased that he has two live overcards in a race situation. The flop comes 6c-4h-2h, and Laak retainst he lead with his pocket pair. The turn card pairs the board with the 6s, and Cassidy needs a nine or a jack on the river to stay alive. But the last card is the Qd, and Joe Cassidy is eliminated in seventh place, earning $144,895.

The remaining six players will count, verify, and bag their chips. They'll return tomorrow at 7:00 pm for the WPT Final Table.

Official chip counts coming soon.
