Who's your pick to win?
greatwhite
It's hard to bet against the legend, Texas Dolly. He is the best player at the table and is 2nd in chips. Although a few players are better than Laak, he would probablly be the next most likely to win, being chip leader.
mbreon
True, but Gigabet has been making movies and Unabomber, Joe Cassidy, and David Levi are tough players.....in retrospect making this poll was pretty much a waste of time. Oh well

i was whoa, i can't belive so many people with think dicken will win it, then i realized i was only the fourth person to vote.

i used to smoke a lot of beer out of beer bongs when i was in high school.

We've seen Antonius climb up at many tough tournament poker spots including EPT final tables.. anything can happen. I'll go with him just for the support.

1. Joanne "J.J." Liu - $3,630,000 (seat 4)
2. Darrell "Gigabet" Dicken - $3,510,000 (seat 1)
3. Rehne Pedersen - $3,225,000 (seat 3)
4. Phil "Unabomber" Laak - $2,505,000 (seat 5)
5. Doyle Brunson - $2,025,000 (seat 6)
6. Patrik Antonius - $1,755,000 (seat 2)

ill go with gigabet. he has the chipstack and position on his likely
2 toughest opponents, laak and brunson.

also, being an internet player he probably has huge amounts of
experience shorthanded because of SNGs. Patrick A seems to have
a good shorthanded style also, but is last in chips.

however, it seems fairly close.

gigabet lost a huge pot to that jj chick at the end of day 3 when she trapped gigabet with her kings full agaimst his AQ high...

she doubled up and he was cripled in chips...

he strted day 4 with 300,000 in chips and ends up making the final table with 3.5 million...amazinz...

both gigabet ant that patrick guy(i think hes "i knock u out" online) are both crazy volitile.

I have a feeling...

Laak will do it.

this is why im going with gigabet. jj has almost all her chips from 2 giant
pots. this will be hard to keep doing once they just start avoiding big pots with her. PA has a similar style to gigabet, but is last in chips.
if gigabet could grind them down without a chipstack, he should be even more effective with the chip lead and shorthanded.

i agree with u...i dont think the chick will win...

i think it will be gigabet or doyle...if gigabet does what hes been doing all the tourny and dosent run into a monster, hell win...but, with his style, hes very vulnrable to being trapped, and if som1 makes a monster on him, hell be crippled.

i told my buddies last night when we were down to the final 10 this, and i hold true to it:

if they do not knock off brunson before the official final table, he will make it heads up.

it's hard to count against doyle at any time. people discredited what he could do at his age. and sure enough, he wins the legends of poker, then gets bracelet #10 this year, and now he's at the final table again?

i call dicken, laak, and brunson 3-handed, with brunson making it heads up, and will even call him for the win.
chappy3
Doyle is the man
Meeler09
I think Gigabet is gonna need alot more than a few chips and position on arguably the greatest poker player of all time to get the win.
commoncents
I hope Doyle does then calls it quits. I'm sure he will still play the BIG game but it woule be cool if he wins and says its his last Tourney.

Go out on top!

GO DOYLE!
Xariah
No one voted for Rehne Pedersen? Thats to bad, because he is gonna WIN! :-) :-)

Danish players rocks :-)

Yes, he rocked when he sucked out with A4 vs AK for about 16 mil.

Seriously though, congrats to him.

Yeah that was pretty brutal. He flops an open ended straight draw and then catches the straight on the Turn, but Patrik Antonius gets a Flush draw and needs a Spade on River to win it. Doesnt get it...
