Wendover is having some poker tournaments next weekend starting the 14th. I was wondering if anyone was going to be playing in these.

I have a few details if you are interested.

For anyone who does not know where Wendover Nevada is.. It is located on the Northern eastern side of Nevada. It’s just past the Utah boarder. That two hour drive is the closest live game I have.

I would like to know the details, but there are some good games in SLC, you just have to know the right people.

What do you want to know? The only game that I could get anyone into is a game on Tuesday night, its about a 25 person MTT ($30 buy in) then we play a cash game afterwards

Is this at someone's house or a casino?

As an SLC resident, I, too, would be interested in any details you had. I've been to Wendover to play cash games, but never a tourney. Post any info you have -- I'm sure some of us Utes would be interested.

well, the details on the wendover tourneys is:

Wed. Dec 14 at 7:00 PM. WSOP $10,000 qualifier. $150 buy-in.
Thur. Dec 15 at 8:00 pm. No-limit hold-em. $1000 added money. $100 buy-in with one optional re-buy of $100.
Fri. Dec 16 at Noon. No-limit hold-em. $2000 added money. $50 buy-in with $50 re-buys.
Sat. Dec. 17 at Noon. No-limit hold-em $4000 added money. $100 buy-in with $100 re-buys.
Sun. Dec 18 at Noon. No-limit Hold-em. $3000 added money. $200 buy-in. NO re-buys.
Mon. Dec. 19 at 7:00 PM. WSOP $10,000 qualifier. $150 buy-in.

All of them are limited to 180 entrants.

What casino?

The WSOP tournaments will be held in both the Rainbow and Montego Bay rooms.
The other events will be hold at the Rainbow only.

Who is going to play in some of these?
I want to try and play in the WSOP qualifier on monday.
