This could be T8 or a completely donkish 88. But I still just call the 3-bet (probably because I'm running bad).

I think 88, Q8, T8 are all possible.

Obviously J9 is the most likely hand given how this played out, but I wouldn't be suprised to see a lot of weird unexpected hands like 33/T4 from this donkey either.

you definitely win this often enough to cap this river.
a lot of players with those stats simply bet out as soon as they hit their card. however his card here could mean two pair or trips as easily as it could be a set.
i assign equal probability to 10-8, Q-8, 8-8 and J9 and cap this river.
