No distinct read on villain. I don't remember what I had on him when this hand ocurred, but I just looked at my database and his VP$IP is only 8.5 over 35 hands. No real read other than that.

Raise turn, call down if 3-bet. You're minimizing your losses if you're behind but at the same time you're minimizing your wins when you're ahead. Its unlikely he folds JX at any point during this hand. Since this guy has an 8.5 vpip even through 35 hands I think you can safely raise the turn. AJ KJ QJ J10 all make a ton more sense then 6x.

I think this is a jack a LOT more often than it's a six, unless your opponent's really really passive. Not many opponents are betting out with a six here (though I think it's a great play). His low VPIP makes me think he's LESS likely to have a six here.

On flops like this, I cap the flop, and slow down to any further aggression. If he leads or c/rs the turn, we've got a pretty good idea what his range is, and can call down pretty easily.

After sb folds the flop, I like just calling the 3-bet.

I would raise any turn card, and call down if 3-bet.

I think you're missing out on some bets.

I call the Flop 3bet for the sole purpose of raising the Turn.

His lead into the preflop raiser is usually a defense of Top Pair.

Yeah that's what I feel as well. You've gotta fold if 3-bet on the turn unless reads tell you otherwise. I'd prefere to just cap the flop here and consider dumping it on the turn if I'm check/raised.

You guys are seriously going to lose a lot of money if you're going nuts with just an overpair on the latter streets, against certain opponents who will overplay their hands, it's fine to jam it, but against the average player they don't get this aggressive on latter streets if they can't beat an overpair.
