I flopped top two pair in a 4-handed pot and got reraised after raising the initial better. If i call here I only have $2.35 left and the straight will get that anyway in the next 2 betting rounds. So whats the play here? Fold or All in?

you are getting generous pot odds, assuming the opponent will call your push, which he will in all likelihood.

you are losing to sets and the flopped straight of course, but he could be doing this with a variety of other hand combinations (top pair, worse two pair, pair and a gutshot...)

flopping top two on a rainbow board where only one straight is possible, this is a good situation for you, burn felt getting those chips in.

thanks chief. I wasn't sure how strong of a hand i could put the guy raising both the preflop raiser and my reraise on.
