Turn: (7.75 BB) 4:heart: (5 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, MP3 checks, Button checks.

River: (7.75 BB) 3:heart: (5 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, MP3 checks, Button bets, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls, MP3 calls.

Final Pot: 10.75 BB

Is this a good call considering the way the hand played out.

Mp3 seems to be on a draw that missed, you could have been charging him to chase here.

I don't know about the others, because they are just being passive, as usual.

Button's bet could be a bluff, it could be a 3, or a 4 or a PP smaller than 9's, so you could easily be ahead here. I think it's pretty clear that no one has a king. There could easily be a queen out there though.

I think it's a good call. It's a relatively big pot by the river, so 10-1, you are probably ok to call.

Don't you think someone with a Q would have bet on the turn? I also think he needs to lead out on the flop.

Im leading this flop, and im bet/folding the turn. This is a very draw heavy board. Make them pay.

Depends. Most passive players with second pair will just try for a cheap showdown, in my experiences. With the flop being bet, a Q would probably think they are behind here.
