Just wanted to post this in general (I'm sure it will get moved to onlinepoker) to reach the masses. I opened an account on this site several months ago just to check out the "3-d" graphics, needless to say I wasn't impressed and never deposited money there or played in any of their promotional freerolls. My wife also a poker player "found" this site last night and was excited that they had new player freerolls to win money (she refuses to play for real money). Anyway they denied her the priviledge (yes,yes I realize the can make rules) of playing in any of these special promotional tourneys, because I already had an account there.

In short the customer service was extremely rude and short with her, and left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise not to play this site if customer service means anything to you. My wife and I have accounts at probably 90% of major online poker sites and have never had a problem like this before.

I think in the TOS they probably say you can have only one account per computer, and they have reasoning behind this.

Oh yeah, why wouldn't she just play on yours?

I was at work, and she didn't know I had an account there at one point. And she likes to have her own account. Reasoning for this I have no idea.
