QUOTE (doubleatrain)
I just started playing Omaha 8/b on Party again, and I noticed that past .50/1, the full tables drop off in number and the 6 max tables predominate. I was wondering what kinds of adjustments you all make in playing a 6 max table. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
I actually love short-handed Omaha 8/b tables. I've played a ton of short-handed limit hold'em, so I'm just use to being a little extra aggressive and loose.
I think those are the best words of wisdom. At a six-handed table, a lot more hands become playable, particularly from the button or CO. The nuts aren't always out there, so you can bet with a little less of a hand than you would at a full ring table.
I don't know, I'm never good with specifics. I just like to stay aggressive. I've never sat in a short handed game over at PartyPoker, but I know my 1/2 limit game at FullTilt is tight even when it is shorthanded, but I imagine that is not the case for Party.
