what do you mean your first try?
If your not joking could you answer my questions to help me out?
I'm not sure if i should spend my time on this is you can only win actual cash if you get to the 5th step top 5.

It's quite difficult, unless you're a tournament specialist and have a nack for reading the souls of horrid poker players through the internet modem.
First buy in and you crack it, that is fcking awesome. I've gotten to level three once or twice...let's just say i've put in more than i've gotten out.
Build a solid bankroll, i say, and then dck around if you want. That way you can play correctly in the later stages.

I bought in and for 5 on step one and moved up every round never going back.
step 1 1st
step 2 2nd
step 3 1st
step 4 1st
step 5 1st
$2000
I hate the structure for Sng's on party so I don't play them anymore. Honestly Step 1 is the hardest step.

step 4 was the hardest for me, never got past it, though i was there 3 times off one $5 buy into step 1. Then, I stopped.

I think they are great for players who like MTT's but don't have the time to invest in them. Really just one big shootout tournament but you can pick it up and put it down when you feel like it. Cashed 3rd for $500 one time. Have a step 4 waiting. Step 1 is really the easiest though you will take your share of bad beats. Step 1 eventually rewards tight aggressive play though. Plus, the reentrys protect against major swings.

yeah they are very time consuming. over the long haul, any decent player will make money at them, as there are loads of fish in these...but who has the time?

I think I can make the time for a few of these.
Even if you invested 500.00 if you can take a first no biggie. I'll post up on what I see from each of the level and the skill in each. I just have to open up a PP acount, I havn't used them in ages. I'm a big PS SnG type of guy.
Anyway nice, lots of good info.
Take care.

in level 1 the trick is to play super tight, let everyone knock each other out until it gets to 6 players, then get aggressive and play to win it. (i know 6th doesn't move on but you get 4 bucks back)

Funny I chose today to post. played my step 4 and made it to 5. Just cashed 2nd for $1000. Biggest cash ever for me. On about $60 worth of ms1 investments....crazy.
