to use rakeback do you have to setup a new account or can you use existing ones?

Depends on the site, but for the majority it has to be a new account.

on full tilt you can use an existing account

How does that work anyways??? I mean how can you get someone rakeback when they already have an account, does FullTilt know about it, or is it like against the rules?

From what I understand, they just switch your affiliate from nobody to whichever site you're trying to get rakeback from, so it only works if you didn't sign up through an affiliate or your account has been inactive. I just got set up through www.rakeupdate.com, I just had to email them and they talked to Full Tilt and got it all done. But it's definitely legit.
