I have been playing in a lot of stud hi tournaments. In the begginning I do very well usually but once the blinds get huge, I always seem to crumble. I don't understand why I always do so well at the start but then always fall apart at like the 7th or 8th levels.

when the limits/antes get pretty high at the later stages, you will lose a lot of chips if you call on Third St. with marginal or drawing hands, IMO. Usually it is right to only play solid hands, unless you are trying to steal the antes, which is something you must do alot to survive, especially if you aren't getting cards. So, if this doesn't help, then explain more about your playing style so someone can help better.
