So I'm bored with just playing holdem and want to expand my skillset. Obviously I'm picking up SS2 when it's out in the UK and Ray Zee's book from 2+2 should be good but are there any other books I need to know about to help me off to a good start? Anyone have Bob Ciaffone's? His Middle Limit Holdem book was really useful to me in applying things I already knew, but didn't fully appreciate, thanks to the example hands.
