maybe they don't expect people to play 20 000 hands in 60 days? or you get it as a bonus that still needs to be cleared in which case they will be making enough rake off you that they don't care, I don't know...

Only "catch"... you have to play $2/4 or higher... I thought about doing it, but since I could only usually find 1 10 person table of this limit, i decided to pay. Also, I think their definition of raked hand is when you contribute to pot... so probably more like 30,000 + hands.
