Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is SB with [5s], [6h]. MP3 posts a blind of $2.
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 3 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) [Ad], [5h], [6d] (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP3 checks.

Turn: (2.50 BB) [9s] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP3 folds.

River: (5.50 BB) [8d] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, UTG+1 checks.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

To me check raising the flop is fast playing BUT it certainly screwed me here. Thoughts?

What really frustrated me also was my check on the river because of the 3 diamonds and 56 89 board. I feel weaker than weak when I do crap like that. :x

On coordinated boards sometimes better off betting with bottom 2 into a big field in hopes that it gets raised by a draw or Ax allowing you to 3 bet it.

I'm pretty sure you're much better off bet/folding the river then check/calling which I assume was your line.

Yep, lead that pot.

You'll get calls and hopefully raises from Aces and flush draws, letting you get 3 bets in
