Not exactly strategy. maybe should have posted in general but didn't wanna get flamed. How does the betting work in Stud 1-5?

1-5 means you can bet anywhere from 1-5 dollars.

Now, this is the tricky part... sometimes the betting is capped at 5. So if you bet $5, no one can re-raise you. I think this is rare, and I've never seen it, but I have a few friends (2), that said that this was the situation at there home casino.

Normally it means you can bet or rasie anywhere in the 1-5 range. If I bet $3, you half to raise at least 3, al-la no limit rules, but no more then $5.

I personally, think my chances are better at playing slots then they are playing 1-5 stud with no ante.

it's a no ante game too? Always figured it would have to be if betting could be a dollar during a round.
