Should you raise there ?

No F'in way.

He's likely got a good hand judging from the flop. Try a fancy move on a less threatening board. Also, make sure you do it again someone you know can fold.

Not only do I think you shouldn't raise the river but I think you should probably just fold that straight draw on the flop. He's likely got the ace and if a Ace or 9 should hit, I doubt you make anymore money on it.

1) you are likely behind
2) not likely to make anymore money should you hit

Just fold I think. I hate straight draws anyway.

wow, vpip of 9?

aight, so we know he's tight. what hands are he going to raise pf

certainly ak icon_suit_diamond.gif , and aq icon_suit_diamond.gif are possible. but o wait, both the k and q of diamonds are on the board

aj icon_suit_diamond.gif , you have the j icon_suit_diamond.gif

a10 icon_suit_diamond.gif , most likely not utg+1

that was your gin card, play it strong. raise it to 100, he wont call

He also could have KK, QQ, AA, 10s.

If you called on the flop and turn hoping for the straight, you might as well push harder on the flop to gain info. Reraise him and see how strong he is and use your positional advantage. At the very least, you'll get the free card on the turn.

I would fold or reraise on the flop.

The raise on the river is an interesting play and should cross your mind. Based on how tight he is, you can't put him on a flush draw or a flopped straight (as Davin suggested). Since you were just calling on every street its possible he is putting you on a draw. With a strong raise here of about the pot, you have a very good chance to steal this one.

Even with top set he will lay this down more often then the usual donkey.

I wouldn't advocate creativity on the river.

He's led into you on all streets. JJ is no good so if you're called you lose.

I think raising the flop for a free card or to see what he'd do might be better.
