it's some kind of format where it's 100 entrants, of which 20 have their buy-ins paid to play because they are the world's best. there are 2 of these 20 WCPs at each of the ten tables, something like that.

i forgot the name, but there was an article about it in the most recent issue of cardplayer (or maybe it was the one before this one).
