I have two interpretations/approaches on this hand at LPs.
1. This hand has good scoop possibility, but it won't get there everytime, but with some degree of counterfeit protection, I think it has a good potential to win at least half of the pot. So you may want more players and more money in preflop. It will be a bonus if you can scoop by getting the nut flush, set or straight, or counterfeiting others' A2... So with this option I will only min-raise to $1 to try to get more players in.
2. An alternative, since I've the LP advantage, I will pot it to build a pot. Then if there are no flop actions before me then I can bluff or I can get a free card because if I pot it preflop, other players are likely to check back to me. If a flop comes something like 58Qr, I can choose to continue my preflop aggression or choose to build the pot by making smaller bets, depending on how you feel about your villains. After all, chances favor the aggressor. Also you don't want to get quartered, if someone had A2 and junks, you may get them to fold by betting. Generally speacking, this approach requires that you being able to fold on the flop if the flop misses you and there are actions. Don't be pot-committed just because you were preflop raiser.
In general, I will raise more if there are many limpers. If there are enough raises and callers, I will call and the flop may be rich in high cards. (You need to foresee what kind of flop you will be seeing with your hands and with the numbers of players, and you need to think ahead how to deal with them).
When MP min-raised and potted you back, that's usually a sign of him holding AA. I love to play with players who can't fold AA postflop so I will definitely call.
On a second thought, I remember when I played $25 level there were many players pot you with junks. If he did have AA he might had potted it already after two limpers. So go ahead call.
Changing gear is a beautiful thing.

I think the key here is the $25 PLO8 part. Change the game to the $2K PLO8 game, and I think things change completely. 8)
