.

specifically:

1. preflop, should i be raising this here, or limping (to incite multiway action, and i'm usually reraising if it's raised behind me).

2. the river check is good, or should i be value betting this? i.e. am i best on the river > 33% of the time?

There is no way I'm going to give it a shot.

This is so I can "view my posts" and also to bump.

very curious about question 2.

I dont see any problem with raising, but realize that I dont really know what to do preflop in limit O8.

I think a lower flush is paying you off often enough to bet the river. He woke up on the turn when an A hit, so either he was running a stop n go with a flush and low draw for information, or he hit a set of aces. I can't be sure, but AA doesnt seem very likely. Reads would be nice. Specifically, how often is he seeing the flop? I think that betting is correct, but I dont play 20/40

Your post didnt indicate in this one whether it was Omaha 8 or Omaha Hi (not sure it makes a difference pre-flop, but on the river it does IMO).

O8 - bet/call the river. 8)

Table dependent.

Value bet. I won't give UTG credit for boat.
