This is my first post so be gentle :-)
No realy reads first time around table.
Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
Preflop: Hero is BB with 7s, 7d.
2 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.
Flop: (4.50 SB) 7h, 5s, 7c (4 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets, MP3 calls, Button folds, Hero calls.
I couldn't believe this flop and didn't want to bet and scare the limpers away so I didn't bet this one.
Turn: (3.75 BB) Kc (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP3 bets, Hero calls, MP1 folds.
Here I wanted to see if I could get someone to bet into me again. It worked but should I have check raised? Again here I didn't want to scare away the person right to my left.
River: (5.75 BB) 9s (2 players)
Hero ...................?
Should I try to let the raiser raise into me again and checkraise or bet out here?

You should definitely c/r turn if you play flop like this.
And you have to lead the river.

Calling the turn and going for a river check/raise is in general a bad idea.
First, there was flush and possible straight draw out there. Eventhough, MP1 folded on the turn, you didnt know that at the time. If he has a flush or stright draw he will likely call 2 cold on the turn. If you dont raise, he will call the one bet and fold on the river when he misses (less money for you).
Second, you dont know what the raiser has. If hes weak with overcards or just a pocket pair, you run the risk that he will check behind you looking for a cheap showdown (less money for you). If you raise the turn he will likely call the raise and might call the river just to see what you have.

C/R (check-raise) the turn, lead out on the river. Pray to your Gods someone made a hand by the river and you get raised.

My thinking ( I think that it was wrong now) was that they bet into me on the flop and again on the turn with a scare card that they would fold to a reraise and it wouldn't go to river. I figured that I would get more money if the river was bet by them then if I c/r. I was trying to get the most out of this hand but think that I took the wrong line. Trying to let them bet themselves out of more money.
