Doesn't he have the Qd for an out as well as runner runner J (non club) and K's?

when you're counting outs, you don't normally count runners as outs, if I have an open ended str8 draw and a backdoor flush draw, that counts as 8 outs, the runner outs are not counted.
He had 1 card on the turn that would give him the best hand
