If you are going to play that hand on third street, you need to raise it up. The jack called you down the whole way, which to me tells me that you are beat. Check/fold 7th, or, if feeling frisky, bet/fold. 8)

You'd fold on 3rd? I'm usually the tightest person at the table (or close to it) in these games, but my hand is strong and live here, and two guys behind me have dead cards.

River might be worth a bet/fold - for value against seat 5, and possibly I either get value from seat 1 or get him to fold the best hand. But I'm not sure; it's so easy to put me on split tens, if they're trying to read my hand at all....

I did raise it on 3rd.

I like the bet on 4th as you most likely have the best hand. By 6th it seems unlikely Seat 5 has a Jack (certainly not impossible) and is probably on a heart draw. The 5th street bet is somewhat questionable as you haven't improved and there are stragglers in, but you did get Seat 8 out which is always a positive result. I think with no one showing any strength so far, it's a 50/50 bet/check. A free card would be good for you, but you could obviously be giving one to two worse hands. 6th street is fine as you're either behind by now, or not much of a favorite.

I think you can possibly put in a thin value bet on the river, but that may be testing it. As far as seat 5 goes, would you for sure get raised if they hit their flush on 5th or where ever they hit it. They do have a live draw, so, that does make us worry a bit
