Side note: the way Guttenberg's daughter talked was just like a character from Buffy. Since most characters on Veronica Mars don't talk like that, it was jarring.

Despite what people believe, it's not all sappy mother/daugther "I love you, you're my best friend ever" talk.

I knew a guy in high school who watched that show.

But unless it's a show that I've watched and I know is GOD-AWFUL (and yes, Tru Calling, I'm looking at you), I don't mock people for their television preferences. I stopped that when I discovered Buffy was a really good show.

Watch Gilmore Girls. Some of the shit they say on there is so funny, and sometimes it will even go over your head and then you'll be like "Oh, I get it" 10 minutes later.

Yes, they talk really fast.
Yes, sometimes you think it's impossible that they have that many references from movies, books, play that.

But I like the fast talking action of the show.

I honestly can't tell if you're being serious or not. Lol, Dean is out of the picture, he's not making any apperances this season. He has his own show on the WB called "Supernatural"...which I don't watch.

The main reason i started watching Gilmore Girls is because of Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham, then realized it was a great show.

i've watched days of our lives since i was 5.

i think soaps are worse than gilmore girls.

i can watch gilmore girls and just think about alexis bledel as a prostitute in sin city and be good to go.

there is no shame in watching gilmore girls. i give pretty much every show on television at least one view to see if i like it, and gilmore girls is one of the shows that i go back to.

yes. even though every episode is basically the same i find it oddly addictive. i also like that they got rid of sharona and gave him a new assistant. i never liked sharona. it is oddly unsettling though to see buffalo bill playing the captain.

I miss Sharona. I hate how the new chick calls him "Mr. Monk" I always have flashbacks to Lord of the Rings where Sam will one minute call him Frodo then the next call him"Mr. Frodo." They've made Monk a lot harder to solve, my dad used to watch it and I decided to watch an episode and within the first 5 minutes, I figured out how Monk was going to be able to tell the women apart.(One had to get on her tippy toes to kiss her husband while the duplicate could stand normal to kiss the same guy). I really like the show I just wished they would show more than 3 episodes before going back on hiatus.

After I watched Sin City I watched the Gilmore Girls for one episode because that one girl was in it. But like I said...1 episode..

Yeah. Helen Hunt was another hotter older chick but she's starting to go down hill.

Back to Veronica Mars - great show! And the fact they added Charisma Carpenter, even better! They must have a run on Buffy alums as Alyssa Hannigan was on last year.

Sorry to see Alona Tal (Meg) go but a great start to the second season!
