they check, hero bets, they call

I still wouldn't cap it. I'd flat call on the end.

I don't even know if I call the first raise on the end. If I do, I definetly call the 3-bet. No capping.

Kudos to MP1. I think this hand is very interesting from his position. This is a very good example of when you do not want overcalls (I'm assumming he has a mid pp).

Why didn't the maniac bluff at the scare card on the turn? Because it made his hand (the flush). He's Opposite Man. IMO.

why do you guys hate the cap so much? he was a TOTAL MANIAC, I really think I'm ahead 50% of the time and if not, I think it's pretty close. He probably caps Ax preflop anyway.

I just don't trust the maniac who slows down, that's all. I'm really surprised that he didn't have the flush. I guess he's not Opposite Man after all.

well seeing that MP1 decided to re-raise the river after slowing down the turn is a weird one... don't you think your behind more often not to some ace combo in this spot?

nor do I think the first call was a good idea either. I just don't see this any of the hero's river play working enough times to even come close to justifying the first call, more less the cap. I say fold the river the first time(and I don't care that the results were in your favor, its just not gonna work like this enough times to even be close to profitable)
