Can anyone recommend a good PLHE book?
I just got in Cloutier's book and have SS2 but are there any others you can recommend?

Ciaffone's Pot LImit and No LImit book is great, although as the title states there's no limit info as well. Also the book is no exclusively holdem, but also contains, Omaha, Stud and even some Lowball.
