mrdannyg ????
set of 5s, no flush draw, no low draw, likely straight hits the board. bet out, get raised and reraised, $2 back to me, $10 in the pot, with at least $1 coming - luv2hldm has $1.05 left at this point, so i think i can safely assume he will go all-in for $1.05, and nachochip will reraise. if that happens, I am calling $3.05 to win $15.15. so i'm getting 5:1 and odds of board pairing 9/44, almost exactly 1:5.
thoughts?
on an odd note, in 40 hands, i have been dealt 4 of a kind and and 4 to a straight flush in my hand.

Fold PF.
I'm not a real experienced Omaha player..but, is it common practice to fold your big blind un-raised?

But you don't know that your outs are clean. In O8 set over set and even boat over boat isn't unlikely so I think this turn is an easy fold.
On the flop I think it is marginal but I don't hate calling here as long as you know your hand is marginal and you don't get married to it. You also have to play well on the turn / river. .50 into a 1.25 pot is fairly week and everyone calling means that most likely nobody has a higher set then you and you are closing the betting. Call the flop. Check the turn and see how everyone reacts, fold if someone likes there hand, value bet the river if nobody does.

Marginal call on the flop, easy laydown on the turn, on top of the straight there's also a chance you're looking at trips/two pair (jqqk)removing more of your outs so you could also be down to a 1 outer.

.
thanks, this was more or less my reasoning, especially since my implied odds are slim, even negative if the board pairs.
thanks for the thoughts folks.
